What does Infusion d'Iris smell like?
Composed by Daniela Andrier and released in 2007, Infusion d’Iris became a reference for modern iris through its clarity and restraint. The opening pairs orange blossom, neroli and mandarin in a soft, slightly soapy light. In the heart, iris unfolds, powdery and a little earthy, sharpened by the green bitterness of galbanum. Cedar, incense, benzoin and vetiver in the base add a dry, resinous note that evokes cool stone and smoke from a censer. The whole is rarely elegant: a scent of clean skin and fine fabric that whispers rather than speaks.
