What does Ispazon smell like?
Released in 2010 among the first creations of Parfums de Marly, a house drawing on the equestrian splendour of the eighteenth century, Ispazon plays an unusual aromatic score. The opening is a basket of herbs and citrus: bay leaf, thyme, lime, orange and lemon, bright and slightly resinous. The heart pairs dry cedar with a sheer lily of the valley that adds unexpected floral clarity. The base then slides into ambery softness, with musk, amber and vanilla rounding the herbs until they feel almost candied. It moves from a Mediterranean kitchen to warm, smooth skin. An original woody oriental, less famous than its siblings but very endearing.
When to wear it
Wear it to the office or during the day in transitional seasons. It suits aromatic lovers who enjoy a touch of sweetness.
